|Meet and Greet:
An initial 'Meet & Greet' is required BEFORE we can start
visits with your furry family. This meeting provides you with
an opportunity to introduce us to your pet(s), show us their
routine, discuss their needs, and set up future service dates.
Meet & Greets are conducted by Luke (Co-Owner),
Ally (Office Manager), or
Michele (Meet & Greet Extraordinaire).
*Please Note: Our Meet & Greets are meant to establish a
relationship with every new client and to go over our legal
documents. If you wish to meet the person who will be your
primary pet sitter and/or dog walker, an additional Meet & Greet
can absolutely be arranged!
Initial Meet and Greet - free of charge
Meet & Greet with Primary Sitter/Walker - $10
Each Additional Meet & Greet - $15
If you are interested in setting up services, please first
visit our New Clients tab and fill out the form. Once we
receive it, we will contact you promptly to schedule your
Meet & Greet!
|Pet Sitting Visits:
This service is usually used by people who are heading
out of town. Visits include (but are not limited to) fresh food
and water, walks and/or potty breaks, playtime,
administering medications (if needed), a clean litter box, and
lots of LOVE and attention! You can choose one, two, or
three visits per day. Every visit is approximately 30 minutes.
If desired, your sitter will provide daily email updates to ease
your mind while your are away! Let us know at our Meet &
Greet if you would like to receive daily email updates =]
1 visit/day - $19 (1-3 pets), $20 (4 pets)
2 visits/day - $38 (1-3 pets), $40 (for 4 pets)
3 visits/day - $57 (1-3 pets), $60 (for 4 pets)
Scheduling Pet Sitting Visits:
**Existing clients can request pet sitting visits
through their Client Portal!**
We require at least 48 hours advanced notice to schedule
any pet sitting visits or a last minute fee of $10 will be
applied to the invoice for those visits.
*Please Note: We prefer to know about your travel plans as
soon as you know! Please give us the dates that you will be
needing services as far in advance as possible.
**Please Also Note: We reserve our holiday pet sitting slots
for existing, well established clients and will not be taking on
new clients requiring visits during those times.
|Mid-day Dog Walks / Potty Breaks (10am - 3pm):
This service is helpful for dog owners who work long
hours, have limited mobility, or have a elderly or ill pup they
want checked in on while they are at work. Rates reflect
pricing for up to 3 puppers.
**ALL WALKS ARE PRIVATE**
(for only the pups in your household!!)
15 minute potty break - $14
30 minute visit - $19
45 minute visit - $23*
*offered between 10-11AM or 2-3PM, Monday - Friday
Scheduling Weekday Walks:
**Existing clients can request daily dog walks/potty breaks
through their Client Portal!**
We require 24 hour advanced notice to schedule walks
Monday - Friday, or a last minute fee of $10 will be applied to
Scheduling Weekend Walks:
We require requests to be submitted
by noon on the Thursday prior to schedule walks on
Saturday or Sunday, or a last minute fee of $10 will be
applied to that walk or those walks.
Overnight stays are usually from 7:30 pm - 7:00 am. This
service is helpful for pets who have severe separation
anxiety that causes them to have accidents in the house,
bark, be destructive, etc.. Having someone there with them
during the night usually eases anxieties for the pets and
their people. Puppers will be taken out upon your sitter's
arrival, fed, and let out for a potty break before bedtime.
They will be taken out again in the AM and fed before your
sitter departs. If desired, we will stop by in the afternoon, in
between overnight visits, to take your pups
out for a potty break (offered at a discounted rate).
***Please note: At this time we are not taking new
overnight clients that do not sign up for a consistent daily
Overnight Stay - $60 (1-3 pets), $65 (4 pets)
Overnight Stay w/ Afternoon visit - $70 (1-3 pets),
$75 (4 pets)
Scheduling Overnight Stays:
**Overnight requests CANNOT be scheduled through the
client portal! They must be submitted directly to the office
by phone or email and!**
Due to the highly desirable nature of overnight stays, we
are typically booked out about a month in advance. If you
wish to request an overnight stay, please submit your dates
to us as far in advance as possible!
Upon request there are many other things we can do to
help ease your mind while you're away. These include but
are not limited to:
Bringing in your mail/newspaper
Taking the trash to the curb

365 DAYS A YEAR,
with NO extra charge for visits during major holidays!
If you need to cancel services you must give us at least 24
hours notice or you will be charged a cancellation fee.
If you need to cancel visits you have scheduled during major
holidays, we require 2 weeks advanced notice or you will be
charged a cancellation fee.
If you fail to cancel any visit before we arrive, you will be
charged the full amount of that visit.
