How can I leave a tip for my sitter?
Tips are greatly appreciated by our sitters and 100% goes to
them! You can leave cash or a personal check for your sitter
to pick up when they come to do visits, or you can add a tip if
you pay with Stripe by simply adjusting the total. At this time
you are not able to add a tip when paying through PayPal.

Will you come to my home to watch my pets?
Yes, we provide pet care to pets in their home so they can
maintain their normal routine.
We do not offer boarding at this time.

What are your Cancellation Policies?
For Daily Dog Walks: We require 24 hours advanced notice
to cancel services. If we receive a cancellation within 24 hours
of your scheduled walk, you will be charged 50%. If you fail to
cancel any walk before we arrive, you will be charged 100%.
For Pet Sitting Visits: Any cancellation made within 1 week
prior to the first scheduled visit, will be charged 50% of the
total bill, and cancellations within 2 days will be charged 100%.
Holiday Visit Cancellations (applies to walks/pet sitting
visits and overnight stays):
Please understand that we are
very busy during holidays and the weeks surrounding them!
Every holiday we unfortunately (and inevitably) have to turn
down some of our clients seeking services. If visits are
canceled in the last few days prior to service, we cannot fill
those spots. Therefore, for visits scheduled during a holiday
week, any cancellation that we receive within
2 weeks prior to
the first scheduled visit, will be charged 50% of the total bill,
and within 3 days 100%.
Overnight Cancellations: Due to the exclusive nature of
overnight stays, our sleep over sitters must decline all other
requests for overnights that coincide with the dates you have
booked. Therefore, we charge 50% of your total bill if the job
is cancelled 1 week or less prior to the job start. During
holiday weeks, we require
2 weeks advanced notice of
cancellations or we charge 50%. Overnights cancelled within 3
days of the first scheduled visit will be charged 100%.

We can provide references upon request. You can also

Are you Insured & Bonded?
Yes, every pet sitter is Insured and Bonded through
Pet Sitters Associates, L.L.C..

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, Credit Card through our  
Client Portal, Credit Card using Pay Pal, Stripe payments, and
Money Order.

Do you work on the weekends/holidays?
Yes, we work 365 days a year. Weekends and holidays
are our busiest times!

Can you administer medication to my pets?
Yes, we have experience in giving medication to both
puppers and kitties. However, per our insurance policy, we
are
not able to administer shots, including insulin. Please
contact us if you have any questions about this.
