How can I leave a tip for my sitter?
Tips are greatly appreciated by our sitters and 100% goes to
them! You can leave cash for your sitter to pick up when they
come to do visits or you can add a tip if you pay with a credit
card through PayPal. At this time you are not able to add a tip
when paying through the portal.

Will you come to my home to watch my pets?
Yes, we provide pet care to pets in their home so they can
maintain their normal routine. We do not offer boarding at
this time.

What if I have to cancel the service that I set up?
If you need to cancel services you must give us at least 24
hours notice or you will be charged a cancellation fee. **If you
need to cancel visits you have scheduled during
, we require 2 weeks advanced notice or you will be
charged a cancellation fee.** If you fail to cancel any visit
before we arrive, you will be charged the full amount
of the visit. You can call or email to cancel services.

Do you provide references?
We can provide references upon request. You can also
view testimonials from happy GHPS clients on our
Testimonials page or you can check us out on Yelp!

Are you Insured & Bonded?
Yes, every pet sitter is Insured and Bonded through
Pet Sitters Associates, L.L.C..

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Cash, Checks, Credit Card through our  
Client Portal, Credit Card using Pay Pal, and Money Order.

Do you work on the weekends/holidays?
Yes, we work 365 days a year. Weekends and holidays
are our busiest times!

Can you administer medication to my pets?
Yes, we have experience in giving medication to both
puppers and kitties. However, we are not able to administer
shots, including insulin. Please contact us if you have any
questions about this.
